Terms of Service

1 What this is

This app provides general fitness and educational information about pelvic floor muscle training. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It does not constitute medical advice.

Using it creates no clinician–patient relationship. It does not replace an in-person consultation, an examination, or professional advice where you live.

2 Purchase and refunds

The full version is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and it does not auto-renew. Apple handles payment — we never receive your payment details — and Apple handles refund requests too.

Once bought, later versions come with it. A new phone, a reinstall, or a refund followed by a repurchase all keep it.

3 What we do not promise

We cannot confirm whether you are contracting correctly — a phone cannot do that. If you can, have a pelvic health professional check once.

Stop immediately and seek care if you experience pain, worsening symptoms, bleeding, or anything unusual.

4 Disclaimer and limitation of liability

① Provided as is. We work to keep the app available and its content accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that it will run on every device, or that its content is current at any given moment.

② No promised outcome. Bodies respond to exercise differently. We do not promise you any particular improvement, nor any improvement within any particular period. The plan and the dose in the app are general suggestions, not tailored to your situation.

③ The safety prompts depend on your own answers. The screening questions, the blocks and the reminders in the app all rest on what you fill in yourself. If something is inaccurate, left out, or has changed since and not updated, we have no way of knowing, and we cannot be responsible for what follows.

④ You decide whether this suits you. Starting, continuing, or stopping is your decision — you confirm that your physical condition is suitable for this kind of exercise. If in doubt, ask a doctor first.

⑤ Third parties and things outside our control. Apple handles payment and refunds, Apple holds the iCloud copy, and your carrier provides the network. These are outside our control, and we are not responsible for interruptions, delays, or data loss arising from them.

⑥ Limit of liability. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability in connection with this app will not exceed the amount you actually paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental loss, or for loss of revenue or data.

⑦ None of the above excludes liability the law does not allow us to exclude. Nothing in this section excludes our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that the law says cannot be excluded (personal injury, for example). Your consumer rights under local law are unaffected by this section.

5 Your responsibilities

Answer the safety screening honestly. Those questions decide whether the app holds you back, and for how long. If you got one wrong you can change it at any time — Settings → Safety screening, fill it in again, and there is no waiting period.

Work with the body you have. The plan gives a general dose, not a prescription. Do less if you need to, and stop if it hurts.

Do not treat it as a diagnostic tool. It will not tell you what condition you have, and it should not be used that way.

Follow local law. Do not use it for anything your local law forbids, and do not circumvent, decompile, or resell it.

6 Changes

When the app changes, this page changes with it and the date below is updated. Significant changes are announced inside the app, not only on this page.

Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, you can stop using it and delete it — Settings → Erase data removes the records on this device.

Questions about these terms: email support@tinytwo.me, or open a ticket in the app under Settings → Feedback.
